Sound the Trumpets, Radio Ink Art is Here

Just in case I’m not typing into the void (thanks to anyone who still reads this blog…five years after the last post) I wanted to share that I just opened an Etsy shop of art prints: Radio Ink Art!

For years, I’ve wanted to give myself a space and a reason to get back into creating art for the fun of it, but I couldn’t quite figure out how to make it happen. It finally dawned on me that making it a legitimate priority by way of opening a shop might be a good place to start (much like how Visual Vocabulary started. I work well with assignments, apparently.) It’s just me and the art supplies I’ve hoarded over the last 25 or so years and the ideas that rattle around in my head in the middle of the night. I’ll be posting more over on the @radioinkart instagram profile if you’re curious!

And just for fun, here’s a little sampling of the artwork you’ll find there (each links back to that item). I recently found myself at home with just one child sleeping in the wrap (practically a spa day!) so I ran around my house sweating profusely while trying to style and photograph shots within my free time window. Thankfully, my photo assistant slept through it all, making the job much easier.

Go check it out! Shop small and support artists!
